WASHINGTON – Congressman Morgan Luttrell (R-TX) voted today in support of the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Homeland Security Appropriations Act, a comprehensive bill aimed at securing the Southern and Northern Borders and addressing the ongoing border crisis.
Congressman Morgan Luttrell (R-TX), a member of the House Armed Services Committee, voted in favor of H.R. 8070, the Servicemember Quality of Life Improvement and National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25). The legislation passed in the House with a vote of 217-199.
Congressman Morgan Luttrell (R-TX) introduced the Criminal Illegal Alien Report Act in the House of Representatives. This legislation would require the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to report to Congress on crimes committed by individuals who are in the U.S. under the Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV), or any other grant of parole who have committed crimes, including their nationalities and ties to terrorists and transnational criminal groups.
