Congressman Morgan Luttrell has introduced the Specialist Joey Lenz Act of 2024. This legislation seeks to improve the health assessments for U.S. military personnel by broadening the scope of medical tests included in their routine evaluations. Named after Specialist Joey Lenz, the bill emphasizes comprehensive and preventive health evaluations to maintain the readiness and well-being of service members.

“Our service members dedicate their lives to defend us, and in return, we have a responsibility to ensure their health is protected,” stated Congressman Luttrell. He added that enhancing these assessments honors Specialist Lenz’s legacy while supporting those who serve.
