Aldine Independent School District issued the following announcement on Nov. 12.
The State of Texas and Texas Education Agency (TEA) have established a Supplementary Special Education Services (SSES) program. Eligible families can use the program to obtain goods and services up to a specific dollar amount that supplement what otherwise happens in school to help their child make more educational progress.
