Sam Houston State Bearkats release roster of 15 players to open the season.

They look to set the tone as they open the year at home against the LeTourneau Yellow Jackets on Nov. 3 at Bernard G. Johnson Coliseum.

The Bearkats want to improve upon their record of 13-19 last season.
