Sessions has a record of electoral success in recent years. In the 2024 general election, he won against Mark Lorenzen with 66.3% of the vote to Lorenzen’s 33.7%. In the previous cycles, Sessions also secured victories over Mary Jo Woods in 2022 and Rick Kennedy in 2020 with similar margins.
